Returns Policy

 RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANE POLICY 

Our Return & Refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (14 days from the date of purchase). This refund policy is for the buyer only. The refund can only be issued in the buyer’s account not any other person or third party name. The receiver can ask the buyer in case of any products or items needs to return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don’t accept any liability in case of the food item product is not mention as per the manufactures specification or standards. We will check the expiry date of any food item before dispatching from our warehouse. In case if you found any item or products is out of date such as food item ,then please notify us by email within 24 hours once items was received ,so that we can arrange a replacement product for you. We suugest not eat or consume such product but same time it is good to keep it for unless you have been authorised for replace or refund for such products. We may ask you to send us the proof of the products in case we need to investigate for the internal purpose. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cakes, chocolates or sweets cannot be returned due to hygiene or health and safety reason. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional Non-returnable items: 

* Gift cards or Gifts certificate 

* Some health and personal care products 

* Anything that is made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise cannot be sold due to the bespoke element

* To avoid any disappointment please read carefully our terms for the return, refund or exchange policy before ordering.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or third party directly. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 

* Rakhi (Raksha Bandhan Gifts for Brother) or jewellery related items or products. 

* Festival or cultural gift items or products. 

* Electronics device such as Headphone, Bluetooth devices or any product related to audio or video. 

* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The refund will normally take 7 to14 days once your refund has been approved by us. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ukgiftsportal.co.uk and we will provide you the return shipping address. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should email us to get the return shipping address. If the product is also shipped by the third party you will follow the same. In some cases our dispatched address and return shipping address is not same, as some third party or our products come from different supplier or source. The return shipping charges will apply even if the product was purchased in the option provided by us as free shipping for eligible refunds. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The shipping cost varies depends on the weight of the item and the actual product. The average shipping charges is 25% to 30% of the product this is to just give you an example but not exact amount .which we are not able to give you exact amount how much refund is approved from our side. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

In case if you have selected the express shipping service, we will only able to pay you a refund of the actual product but not the shipping charges. The refund will not be applied if the shipping carrier site mentioned, the product was delivered on their website as we don’t have any control on shipping carrier. You can always ask us about the proof of delivery which we can share you with you. We cannot able to verify who has received your parcel as we don’t have any control on third party courier to verify the receiver name.

 If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By ordering any product or product(s) on our website you will be agree the above terms called as return, refund or exchange policy.
