Shipping & Delivery

This page explains about the different shipping method and transit timing, and terms available on our website. Please read it carefully before placing an order. Please note we don’t have any control on third party shipping or delivery service, we will facilitate this service on behalf of our customer as you with the different shipping carrier, where they have their private business terms and policy available on our their website. We don’t take any responsibility of your lost, stolen or damaged parcel in transit where we don’t have any control on third party courier or shipping service.

By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms set by as below by the company. These are provided to ensure both parties (“we mention as “www.ukgiftsportal.co.uk” and “you” mention as “Buyer or third parties”) are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the back-ordered item or, you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Processing Time

The standard processing time of your order is 1 to 3 Business days. Your order will be dispatch in the next 1 to 3 business days depends on the stock availability, location and country. You will get email notification when your order is awaiting fulfilment, shipped and finally when it completed or delivered. You will get updates when your order passes through the shipping carrier. In Busy festival Period certain things out of control, which we are unable to assure you about processing time will maintain all the time throughout the year, we will try our best to serve you as we can.

Orders placed before 02 PM - (+GMT) will be dispatched on the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our standard operation business hours are Monday - Friday, except on national holidays or bank holidays at which time the business operation will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays; will be kept to a minimum.

If the recipient is not at home to receive the product, Postman/courier man may choose to leave the product at the post box, door, or leave a card to contact the courier company and to arrange re-delivery or pickup. We are unable to call the courier company on behalf of the recipient. This is your responsibility to collect the parcel from shipping Courier Company in case deliver was attempted..

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items you order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. There are some products where you can choose free shipping with the option for the express shipping service whichever is available at a time of product purchase. We reserve the right to change or amend our shipping policy and the charges by the carrier by time to time to give better access to our customers and services.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

4. Delivery Terms

Domestic Transit Time (UK):

The transit time for the domestic delivery is around roughly 3 to 6 Business days (except Sat, Sunday & Public Holidays) for the free shipping service. In general domestic shipments are in transit for 3 to 6 days. If you have chosen express paid service, then it will be reduced to 2 to 4 business days (except Sat, Sunday & Public holidays). We use royal mail service for the domestic operation. International Transit Time:

The transit time for the international delivery varies based on the country estimated 3 to 7 Business days (except Sat, Sunday & Public Holidays) for the free shipping service. In general International shipment is in transit for 3 to 7 days. For express shipping service, it will be reduced to 2 to 4 business days for the delivery, if the shipping option available at checkout.

               4.1 USA We are dispatching all USA order from Chicago (Illinois). We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) as a shipping carrier in the USA. The estimated transit time for the USA orders is 4 to 7 days for free shipping and paid express service transit time is 2 to 5 business days. .We may choose different service based on the location for faster transit if the order paid for express shipping. We will provide you with the tracking details once your order marked as shipped. You will get email notification when you order pass through our channel, and you will get an update once it delivered.

                4.2 EUROPE – we are dispatching all European countries order from London (U.K). The estimated delivery transit time for Europe varies based on the location. We are unable to specify for each European country transit time, but our most order goes to Germany where the transit time is 5 to 7 business(Except Sat, Sunday & Public holidays) days for the for the free shipping. Other Eastern European countries will take 7 to 10 business days for the delivery. Express shipping service is available at the time of purchase at checkout page.

There are new rules which effect from 1st July 2021 where the parcel is going into European Union From the UK, there are some custom or vat duties charges will be applied and such charges should be paid by the recipient. We don't collect any custom or VAT upfront as this item is marked as a gift so custom will decide to release the parcel.

Alternatively you can ask us if you are not able to track your parcel for any different carrier which is not listed in this article.

                4.3 INDIA – we are dispatching all our Indian order from multiple locations, but mainly we dispatch all our order from India by our third party suppliers. The standard transit time for the delivery is 5 to 8 days (except Sat, Sunday & Public holidays) for the delivery. We don’t provide any additional express service for INDIA. If the order is for the metro city then it will take 4 to 6 business days if the order is for internal small town or villages, then it will takes 6 to 8 days. We use Blue Dart for shipping in metro and big cities, and we also use Indian post or other local courier services where there is none serviceable area by blue dart shipping carrier.

                4.4 AUSTRALIA –. We are dispatching all Australian order from Melbourne. The Standard transit time will take 3 to 7 working days in the city areas in Victoria. The New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia take about 5 to 8 working days. The Estimated maximum delivery time for the regional area is 12 working days for the standard free shipping service.

Express shipping will take 2 to 5 working days in city areas (NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA). (In some rare, unavoidable circumstances, delivery time may vary; Covid-19 situation impacting delivery too).

5. Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has dispatched. We are unable to change or redirect your parcel by any time when your order has already shipped, and tracking details have generated on our system. The cancellation or refund for such items will no longer apply as the user should give us the correct address before placing the order on our site.     

6. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

7. Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can able to conduct an investigation. If the mistake was occurred by us not dispatched your order on time, we offer you a partial refund after deducting shipping charges as a gesture to make you happy. If the delay was by the shipping carrier, we are unable to offer you refund, return for such orders.    

8. Cancellation

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has dispatched. If an order has already been dispatch, please refer to our refund & return policy. 

9. Duties & Taxes Brexit policy for Europe

We are not VAT Register Company so that we don’t collect any additional taxes on any product. The current new Brexit policy, we are unable to give you exact information about any taxes for the European countries at this time. We will update you time to time when Brexit policy comes in to effect from 1st September 2021. The new rules will be effective from 1st July 2021 for any parcel goes in to the Europe from the UK.The amount you paid is inclusive with all duties & Taxes. if applicable, there are some additional duties & taxes for the European order will be applied at the time of the purchase after 1st July 2021. The Countries except for European Union all duties & taxes already included in the price.

10. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has already delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps. Please take pictures of the damaged parcel, to send us via email for our further investigation. We are not liable for any damaged occurred while in transit, as additional service we will try our best to resolve your query.
